About Ayana
What connects us...
...is the love for plants, the power of conscious rituals and the desire to accompany people on their path to more mindfulness and balance.
We are convinced that in conscious moments of connection with ourselves and our environment, we lay the foundation for holistic health and well-being. In pausing, feeling, and mindfully interacting with ourselves and the world around us.
From different paths and experiences – between medicine and healing arts, movement and meditation, bodywork and sound – a common vision has grown: to combine knowledge, awareness and beauty in every detail.
Ayana combines tradition and modernity, depth and lightness, science and intuition.
Everything we do is based on the conviction that a major key to our well-being lies in our own hands – and that we can activate it through conscious and loving interaction with ourselves.
Dominic
Even at a young age I felt a A deep connection to the art of healing . Initially, I followed the classical path of medicine, but over time I realized that true healing goes far beyond the body.
My journey led me to indigenous cultures , who taught me that plants are not only medicine but also teachers. Through many years of learning and experience, I have come to realize that plant medicine is a bridge to deep self-knowledge , spiritual growth , and holistic healing .
Today, it is my heartfelt mission to share this knowledge with others and to enable conscious access to these sacred plants.
The same applies to our cocoa and the blue lotus.

I'm Diana – a mother of four, yoga teacher, sound therapist, women's retreat leader, and fitness trainer. My heart beats for movement, meditation, and conscious breaks that bring body and mind into balance.
On my own journey, I've discovered how important it is to create small islands of calm in everyday life. Two special plants have accompanied me on this for years: ceremonial cacao and blue lotus . They help me to switch off my mind, relax more deeply, and find my center – whether through meditation, a sound journey, or simply as a conscious moment for myself.
My passion is to encourage people to take time for themselves , to pause and to listen more to their own well-being.
And I am delighted when more and more people discover the power of these plants and integrate them into their lives.
An invitation to reconnect
Rituals offer us moments of stillness, allowing us to reconnect with ourselves. They remind us of what nourishes, strengthens, and connects us. With Ayana, we invite you to bring these moments back into your life – with plants that have been opening hearts and minds for centuries.
